TakeOver Competitor WOD is

The Rules of the Competitor Program:

  • Train Hard  This program will succeed or fail on your efforts.
  • Train Smart  Take rest days when prescribed. Use these days for extra mobilization or to just relax.
  • Train Right  Check your ego at the door, follow the prescribed weights and movements. They have a greater purpose in the overall program outlook.
  • Quality Matters  Moving correctly is not only safer but more efficient.  Safer movement equals training without injury which means more training.  More training equals more gains.
  • Have Fun  We are all here because we enjoy it. Find a training partner and get after it. Post your scores to comments and celebrate everything!
