A) Oly

Every 2:00 for 5 sets of 2: Clean + Below Knee Clean @80-85% of 1rm.

Drop and rest :15 between reps. (i.e. 1 set will look like: Clean + below knee Clean + Drop and rest :15 + Clean + below knee Clean) 

 

B) Squat

Back Squat 5rm

Hit 3 warm-up sets & then 1 set at your 8rm. After that, you have 2 attempts at new 5rm. Rest no less than 2:00 between your heavy attempts

 

C) MetCon 

15 minute EMOM of:

Min 1: 25′ HS Walk

Min 2: 7- T2B + 5- Box Jumps 30/24″

Min 3: 5- Right Arm Russian KBS + 5- Left Arm Russian KBS (1.5pd/40#)

 

D) Midline

5 sets of:

12- Weighted Hip Extension 45/35

rest :90 between sets
