1 Mile Run

30- OHS 135/95

50- GHD Sit-ups

100- Double Unders

30- Power Cleans 135/95

50- Box Jump Overs 24/20″

3 sets of:

15+ Supine Grip Bent Over Rows

rest :30 between movements 

25+ Incline Push-ups (set up barbell on lowest rack setting)

rest :30 between sets
