5 attempts at ME- Strict C2B Pull-ups

rest 2:00 between attempts. If less than 5 reps, finish the set with Strict Pull-ups

 

B) Pressing

Every 2:00 for 7 sets of: 2- Push Jerks + 1- Split Jerk @80% of Jerk

pause 3 seconds in Split catch position before recovering 

 

C) MetCon / Rowing 

20 minutes, or 5 sets, of:

3:00- Max Distance Row

1:00- Rest between intervals

score= total distance rowed 

 

D) $out work

5 sets of:

3- Weighted Ring Dips (work up to a 3rm ring dip within 5 sets)

rest :30 between movements 

10-15 Banded Pull Aparts

rest :60 between sets

    Trying post to train heroic. Guess it’s not working te app keeps closing and resetting. And I posted to the regular site without using the app but not sure If it worked. Guess I’m still trying to figure it out

    C2B- sets of 5 each time
    125 first 5 sets, then 115 last 2
    I just rowed 3K since I did some rowing “sprints” the day before to give my knee a break
